About Us

Antiracist

We work to dismantle White supremacist dynamics (i.e. power, capitalism, colonization, and exploitation) in our schools, workplaces, and government. 

Inclusive

Active

We are comprised of local parents, students, teachers, administrators, and family members. We approach with a collective rather than individualistic mindset to induce change that is representative of the larger community. We work to empower those who have been historically oppressed.

​We will take necessary steps to dismantle current racist practices and policies and ultimately abolish systems of oppression.

A Night Out For Justice

A Night Out for Justice brought students, families, educators, and community members together to envision, organize, and take action for a transformative antiracist FCPS.

​Social Media Campaign

Social media campaign against microaggressions. Community members sent in pictures with a statement of microaggressions they've experienced.

Campaign went live summer of 2020.

Virtual event where students and community members can come together, learn about abolition topics, and create art. Event will be reoccurring.
